Through evangelism, worship, discipleship, service and communion with one another bring people to Christ, and make them a part of the community of the church, teaching them spiritual values and creating in them a commitment to the vision of the church.
THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE VISION
1. Worship in community. This takes place in the general meetings and in the small groups. We celebrate the presence of God in worship, and we incorporate the new people within our community, seeking fellowship with the brothers and sisters, especially with the newly saved.
2. Effective evangelism. A radical evangelization that motivates and teaches the church to share the good news of the Kingdom, and calls the unsaved to make a decision for Jesus Christ and to identify themselves with the people of God. It is carried out through the small groups, Sunday morning services, and our opportunities of social outreach / service.
3. Healthy Pastorate. This is carried out through the different leaders of the ministries; i.e. senior, associate, youth and worship pastors, deacons and small group leaders. In a healthy pastorate, each person is under the oversight of a leader, who should be aware of the spiritual growth and of the correct relationship with God of each member.
4. Christian Education. The process for helping people become more like Christ in their thoughts, their feelings, and their actions. This process begins when a person is born again and continues throughout his or her life. It is carried out through our Growth Track (
